Ingredients
(2 cups) Flour
(1/2 tsp.) Salt
(1/2 tsp.) Baking Soda
(1/2 cup) Butter, softened
(1 cup) Honey
(3) Eggs
(1/4 tsp.) Vanilla
(1/2 cup) Sour Cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9" pan.
- Whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, beat butter and honey (with a hand mixer) until it is smooth and creamy. Then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Add sour cream and mix until combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour into pan and bake for about 45 minutes.
